Who We Are
The Classic Group owes its origin to Dr. N. Venugopal Reddy who envisioned a success story waiting to take shape in 1980. Since its formation, Classic Group has grown to become a leading company in property development in Bangalore helping shape the skyline across Residential, Commercial, and Warehousing sectors. As we take a perceptive view, we remain firmly committed towards creating Urban living spaces where people can live work and play smart.

When it all started
Classic Group was established in almost three decades back in 1980. It aimed to scale new heights by providing quality consistently thereby building trust with its esteemed clientele for a long term relationship. The group forayed into properties by establishing quality land banks and development of it into gated communities, hi-end apartments etc. Thus began classic into its many ventures under the "Classic" brand.

At a time when the Property developement & Real estate industry was at its infancy, when a lot was left to desire from developers and government alike, sensing a desperate need for quality and aesthetics in the Property developement business, Dr N.Venugopal Reddy bringing his years of valuable experience and business ethics, founded the Classic Group.
Experience and knowledge along with his able administration and business acumen formed the perfect launch pad for the group to take off.

D. M. Purnesh is a coffee planter hailing from Chikmagalur, birthplace of coffee in India. He represents the fourth generation of a coffee growing family. Having been brought up in the plantations he has as in-built flair for management of people and systems.
His coffee legacy equipped him with much exposure to international trade. This also necessitated his frequent travel to varied coffee growing and consuming countries, entailing in building up of international contacts.
He is passionate about anything he gets involved in be it business or golf! With Quality as his mantra he strives to break new grounds by taking calculated risks. He is a connoisseur of good music, wine and golf. He enjoys biographies of successful people across all fields and travels with an open mind to countries of different cultures and build collaborations.

An Architect by qualification and profession, Naveen T.V. has been contributing immensely along with our late founder chairman Dr. Reddy. He has contributed to the growth of the property division immensely & heads the property division. His global knowledge and exposure to the modern and contemporary architecture and environmentally friendly building materials, has its stamp in many of the projects of the SBU that he has designed and executed. He is very passionate about the concept of Green building. Naveen also heads "Delta Build Pro (India) Pvt Ltd (a Classic Group venture) dealing with advanced building construction materials and solutions.

Veena.R, heads the Marketing, Administration & Interior design at ClassicVentura. She is an M.B.A graduate with specialization in Interior design. Having widely travelled across the globe, She is passionate about Interior design & Lifestyle products. She has immensely contributed in shaping up the finer details of all Classic Projects, be it Interiors, Landscape or Value based amenities like Club, etc. In our projects. Her eye for detail, colours & textures make all the difference that makes every Classic Project a "Master Piece".
